Who do you work with?

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. I have worked in schools, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. I also offer self-pay and sliding scale. It is always best to go to your carrier directly for the most accurate information on your fees for therapy. You can do this by calling the member number on the back of your insurance card and asking about your behavioral health benefits.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

I offer both in person and virtual sessions depending on your preference and schedule. Telehealth sessions are for anyone located in the state of Illinois. In person sessions are located in Evanston or Chicago (Bucktown).

What are your credentials?

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. I have extensive experience across multiple treatment settings with formalized training in cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure and response prevention. I received my Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Indiana University (Bloomington) and my Master of Arts in school and clinical mental health counseling from Roosevelt University (Chicago). I am a member of International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation and regularly attend trainings to keep up to date with the most effective treatments.
