My background includes working in schools, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and private practice settings. I have worked with children, teens, and adults with complex anxiety, generalized anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and eating disorders.

My therapeutic style is warm and goal-oriented. I use evidenced based interventions from a variety of theoretical orientations. In our sessions, you can expect to be fully supported while also being gently challenged to help you reach your goals.
